A To My Surprise shuttle leaves Surprise every hour on the hour for Sky Harbor. We pick up incoming passengers at Sky Harbor every hour on the hour as well. Go to our customer service window in Surprise and purchase your round trip tickets for the low price of $54.99 each. Your next step is on to our boarding area, where our DOT certified drivers will load your bags. You board the shuttle, give the driver ticket number 1, take a seat, relax and enjoy the short 30-45 minute ride. Your next stop is Sky Harbor Airport!

Upon your return to Phoenix, pick up your luggage, then make your way to the V.I.P. Pickup locations at your terminal. When our shuttle arrives, our drivers will load your luggage, you board the shuttle, give the driver your return ticket number 2, take a seat and relax. Your next stop is the To My Surprise Base Station. Once again, no stops along the way.
