To My Surprise Shuttle Service prides itself on getting you to and from your flight with the, most reliable, highest efficiency, transit solution. If your flight is late, or canceled, It is not your fault (nor ours).
Here is our policy:
• Late/early? ~ Call us to see when the next shuttle is available.
• Cancellation/Modification policy ~ Call at least 12 hours prior to your shuttle time to avoid a fee of $20.00.
• AZ Transit LLC (dba To My Surprise shuttle), its owners and employees are not responsible for any loss of time due to flight delays/traffic delays, detours, construction projects, etc.
To My Surprise Shuttle Service are not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced items. Our drivers check shuttles before and after dropping off or picking up riders, please call us regarding items you may have left on one of our shuttles.
